The place is very nice. If there was cake with it, even better. Unfortunately it was sold out at 2pm on a Sunday. Same problem with the sausage. A pity.....

Unfortunately, they economize themselves The location is ideal for a gold mine. Unfortunately, the concept and the lack of professionalism do not match the pretty picture that you have on site. Last year my mother-in-law received a different cake than the one ordered on Mother's Day. Can happen. But now they really do everything they can to scare away the guests. In our current case, a table was ordered for the inside. Nothing was prepared. So we pushed the tables together ourselves. The menu has now been reduced to such an extent that it is no more than a french fry stand. Unfortunately, what is served is also underground .... A glass was brought to the table in such a dirty way that we brought it back and exchanged it. The lettuce had lots of black spots, it couldn't be more unsavory. Fresh is different. And as a crown, an ordered schnitzel was a chop, already with a long bone. Doesn't go down well at all, especially since the recipient is a butcher and noticed this immediately. It's a shame, there were times when it was really nice to meet up with friends and go out to eat, but we were there last time. Or. if a capable successor brings the locale and the map back into shape, we will have a look again.

Staff is unfortunately completely overwhelmed. Even during Corona time and when the weather is good, you wait half an hour and there is no service to be seen. Sad

Very nice terraces located on the lake and equipped for many celebrations inside. Point deduction no 🎂 and a few parasols otherwise recommended

My family and I liked it. The service was quick and friendly, the food was delicious (good, nothing special, but that wasn't our aim either) and the staff reacted quickly to the sudden rain. The pub quiz seemed interesting, but we couldn't stay that long since there was a toddler.

We had bad luck here! Contaminated glasses, beer shower by a waiter and then not even a schnapps on the house. The food was not a highlight, unfortunately the Canadian fries were also nothing special ...

Good service (very nice team), good atmosphere. Selection of draft beers suboptimal, but a matter of taste. Strangely enough, given the size of the restaurant, no Altbier on tap. A shame, but a matter of taste. The quiz on Thursday is really good. The setting is just incredibly beautiful. I give a half star deduction because of the sanitary facilities, which fall far behind the rest of the concept. But 4.5 stars can still be rounded up.

Nice place to drink and eat. Right on the reservoir. The operation was motivated very differently. From very bad, unfriendly to very friendly and accommodating. Hence 1 star deduction.

You really sit there very nicely, but that was all. Despite the good weather, it was pretty empty. Nevertheless, the staff was not attentive when e.g. B. the drinks were empty. A table left after 20 minutes without any service. The food was OK, but was only cleared after asking the bill. A reordered drink never came. Conclusion, better go next door, because you sit just as beautiful and feel welcome.

I met my great love here in the disco over 20 years ago. Today we were just enjoying waffles and currywurst on the lakeside terrace. Everything fits here, nice service, moderate prices ...

Attentive, friendly staff and very conscientious, especially in Corona times. Each table is carefully disinfected before each new guest. The beautiful view of the lake and the delicious cuisine round off the positive overall impression.

Not recommended with young children, sat for 30 minutes and were not served Others didn't sit for a minute and were served immediately. If we wanted something to eat and drink, we'll just spend our money somewhere else

The service staff was mega nice and accommodating. Visit with dog was not a problem. Unfortunately, the food was very much in need of improvement. The salad had long been better times and the Schnitzel was more breading than meat. The fried potatoes were ok. The sauce for gypsy schnitzel was very, very fade and probably a ready-made sauce. Unfortunately it was already priced intensively for this meal. The view from the conservatory to the lake was all the better.

Here is a impressive view of the reservoir Haltern possible. Today I was in great weather in the evening around five o'clock and enjoyed the sun and the lake plus very nice service and delicious Earl Gray tea served nicely. My pictures are fooling with the empty chairs, because around the corner is another seating area well attended now of course. Have fun there in the cafe. The nightclub next door should play good varied music. I have to go there too !!!!

We had celebrated our wedding here on 03/08/0219 and got extra room in the first Floor with balcony. Everything ran fine from the beginning. From the selection of drinks and the buffet, to the decor of the party room, etc. The entertainment on the day of the celebration was simply great. Many thanks. 👍👍👍

It was nice, but disappointed with the lake itself. You can not walk around the lake on a beautiful path like the one in Borken am Pröbstings lake is possible. There is a beautiful path with beautiful benches to linger for all visitors, also a cafe and opportunities for paddling or rowing or pedal boating.

The city mill is located directly on the lake. Gorgeous peace, at least during the week! Good food, friendly staff.

Idyllically located on the lake, from the terrace you have a good view of the yachtsmen :-). We ate salad and went well with it, both fresh and seasonal, with asparagus and mixed salad with plaice. Unfortunately, there are no sundaes, "only" ball ice, so one point deduction.

Overpriced and crowded,nothing special...
